Chris is co-founder and owner of the Sutherland Group. He’s primarily focused on driving and growing our customer relationships, corporate strategy, and new business ventures. He’s a creative problem solver with a genuine talent for recognizing needs and opportunities across various industries.

Melanie is co-founder and owner of the Sutherland Group. Her day involves leading and supporting the accounting operations for Sutco. In addition to this, Mel also plays an integral role in the overall strategic direction of the Sutherland Group.

Doug is a partner at the Sutherland Group and focuses on the vision, culture, and overall operations of the growing companies. He leads team members in the pursuit of personal and professional goals that align with the Group’s vision.

Brad is the CFO of the Sutherland Group responsible for financial reporting, planning and analysis, capital structure management, budgeting, investor communications, strategy, and corporate development.

Gary is the Director of Human Resources for the Sutherland Group. He shapes our overarching people strategy by bridging our companies' business objectives with our workforce needs.

Bill leads the safety team responsible for all operational areas within the Sutherland Group. He ensures that the entire organization remains focused on safety being the first priority in every task we undertake in all divisions every day.

Tyler is the Sales and Marketing Manager leading business development and marketing for the Sutherland Group. His expertise lies in corporate strategy, sales and process development, and customer engagement.

Serhiy is the Director of Operations for Sutco Transportation. He is the conduit between executive strategy and daily execution, managing dispatch, driver retention, truck fleet and regulatory compliance.

Trevor is the VP of Operations for BC Eco Industrial Services. He brings high-level corporate strategy with on-the-ground field execution, overseeing all project management, field operations, and heavy civil construction activities, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, profitably and on schedule.
